  • Work closely with key business contacts to analyze, design, develop, test and document new web-based business applications, data integrations, and Dynamics 365 CRM custom solutions or enhancements to existing systems and integrations
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for improvements to existing systems, as well as opportunities for developing new solutions to improve our business operations
  • Research and resolve application issues with end users
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience with Sales, Marketing, and Finance business processes and systems
  • 7+ years of experience developing custom business applications with C#.NET, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, JSON/XML, and SQL Server (2012 and higher)

  • A solid understanding of database fundamentals and SQL, including database design, ETL development, and SQL coding and performance tuning
  • A track record of significant, specific, and self-directed contributions to complex and challenging business application development projects. What we're getting at here is "grit" or "street cred" - some proof that this isn't your first rodeo, and you have learned some lessons the hard way
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently with limited supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
