Technical Support Technician

The successful candidate will have the desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming issues via telephone, email, or web chat, and provide a quality customer service experience
  • Utilize communication and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Identify, document, and report software issues/defects experienced by customers
  • Write and maintain technical knowledge base documents and other forms of documentation
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Two year degree or equivalent work experience
  • TestOut Pro, A+, Network+, MCSE/MCITP, CCNA, , or other IT certifications preferred


  • 2 years experience in technical support/customer service and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Prior phone support experience preferred

  • A positive, constructive, and team-oriented disposition, coupled with sound judgment and independent decision making capabilities related to all job responsibilities
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to tend to details while maintaining a focus on the big picture
  • Availability to work a regular 8 hour shift any time between 6:00AM and 7:00PM
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish is preferred
