Announcement Date
The date the product retirement is announced and begins the process of retiring.

End of Sale Date
The last day the product(s) will be available for purchase from TestOut.

End of Support Date
The last day the product(s) will receive Tech Support and Engineering Support from TestOut regarding Silverlight-dependent resources in the product(s).

Licenses purchased for products in the Retirement process will have a reduced term of 5 months. Customers can continue to log into LabSim and use the product(s) beyond the End of Support date up until the terms of the license; Before the End of Support date, customers will receive technical support and limited engineering support. After the End of Support date, customers will continue to receive technical support; however, issues related to Silverlight and the simulated labs will not receive support.
