Remote Support
 

This tool allows TestOut support technicians to connect to your computer and see what you see.

Steps

  1. Enter the session ID in the session ID field (a support technician will give you a session ID).
  2. Enter your first name in the first name field.
  3. Run the file. In Internet Explorer, click Run instead of Save. In Chrome and Firefox, double-click the file after it has been downloaded.
  4. When the software asks you to become the presenter, click Yes. This will allow the technician to see your screen and share your mouse.
